Guidelines for Third Party Use of Viva Las Vegas Themed Weddings Inc. Trademarks



Trademarks are important business assets that can diminish in value if they are not used correctly. This guide provides some basic information about trademarks and offers specifics on how to properly use the trademarks that belong to Viva Las Vegas Themed Weddings Inc.

Using Viva Las Vegas Themed Weddings Trademarks

You may use the Viva Las Vegas Weddings trademarks to refer to Viva Las Vegas Weddings products and services, so long as the references are truthful, fair and not misleading, and only where your use complies with the following guidelines:

Things You Can't Do

You can't (and agree not to) do any of the following:

Display a Viva Las Vegas Wedding service or product as the most prominent element on your web page;
Display a Viva Las Vegas Wedding in any manner that implies a relationship or affiliation with, sponsorship, or endorsement by Viva Las Vegas Weddings, or that can be reasonably interpreted to suggest editorial content has been authored by, or represents Viva Las Vegas Weddings or Viva Las Vegas Wedding Chapel staff;

Display a Viva Las Vegas Wedding Feature in a manner that is in Viva Las Vegas Weddings 's sole opinion misleading, defamatory, infringing, libelous, disparaging, obscene or otherwise objectionable to Viva Las Vegas Weddings;

Governing Law

Trademarks and service marks logos, photos, product and service names are trademarks of Viva Las Vegas Themed Weddings Inc. (the "Viva Las Vegas Weddings"). Without Viva Las Vegas Wedding's prior permission, you agree not to display or use in any manner, the Viva Las Vegas Themed Weddings Inc Marks.

This notice of trademarks and copyrights will be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Nevada, without reference to rules governing choice of law. Any action related to this Agreement must be brought in the federal or state courts located in the State of Nevada, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
