Gothic themed wedding package does include: Chapel fee 6 Rose Bouquet & boutonniere, 24 poses viewed online, video of the wedding ceremony, plus we offer live Internet wedding broadcast for FREE! Courtesy limousine service to and from chapel is included -- but the driver must be tipped! (suggested tip $25.00 and up.) Our limousine drivers will take excellent care of you and the drivers must be tipped!

Yes! We can create a custom wedding especially for you and we are always willing to accommodate your special requests

If you would like to hire additional limousines for your wedding party from your hotel to the chapel is $95.00 plus tip. Our limousines are state of the art, super stretch limo's and can seat 8 people comfortably. You can add additional limousines to your *wedding reservation online.

Multiple Couples getting married or renewing their vows policy

When multiple couples renew their vows or get married and one couple pays for wedding, theadditional couples will pay $75.00 each, which covers chapel fees and $60.00 per couple for minister's fee. Any additional flowers, and photographer would be an extra charge.

*Specials - Do not include minister fee which is $60.00

Refund Policy for Las Vegas Wedding Packages

Should you cancel a package of less than a $600.00 value, there will be a non-refundable deposit of $100.00. Packages over $600.00 require a $200.00 non-refundable deposit. All deposits held at the time of cancellation may be applied to any wedding rescheduled at a future date in our chapel.

Total amount is non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled ceremony

How much am I supposed to tip everyone?
Limo drivers make their living from tips. $25.00 and up is suggested. The minister's fee is not included in package price. Minuster's fee is $60 cash.

How large is the Chapel?
The Viva Las Vegas Chapel is the largest wedding chapel in Las Vegas and can seat 100 people.

Do you have reception facilities?
Viva Las Vegas can meet your every need from an intimate cake and champagne for two, to an elaborate sit-down dinner reception for 80 with a DJ or live entertainment.

How can I get a marriage license in Las Vegas?
Obtaining a marriage license in Las Vegas is very easy. The cost is $60.00 cash, and you will need to bring a valid driver's license or passport for identification. They will not accept checks, or money orders. There is no waiting period, and no blood test is required. In addition, you will not need to present divorce papers.

For all legal marriages, marriage license is required to be presented at the time of the wedding. Without the marriage license, the minister will not perform the ceremony. The couple will be asked to reschedule & be charged a accordingly. Please note have your license ready when the limousine driver picks you up, they are on a schedule and are unable to turn back to your hotel.

Where can I get a marriage license in Las Vegas?
The Clark County Marriage Bureau is open from 8 A.M. until midnight on every day. It is located downtown at 201 Clark Ave Street (close to the Golden Nugget and 4 Queens Hotels).

If you need a certified copy of the marriage license, you can follow the simple instructions printed on the back. You can either do this via mail or in person here in Las Vegas during normal business hours. The cost is $15.00, and you will need to present a copy of your marriage license.

What is the waiting period for obtaining a marriage license in Las Vegas?
There is no waiting period. At off-peak times, the process takes only 15-30 minutes. You may experience some delays on Saturdays and holidays. If you have any additional questions regarding your license, you may call (800) 574-4450 or (702) 384-0771.
